Recap of My Mission Trip to St. Cloud, MN and How God is working in Many Lives for His GOOD

Hi everyone, I am back from the my mission trip MN and my life has not been the same, God not only worked on hundreds and hundreds of people who came to the event in St. Cloud but He took His valuable time to also change my life. I originally went to the Revival with the idea that I was going to help connect people to Jesus so the Holy Spirit could lead them to salvation in Jesus Christ.

The event ran from November 4 – 8 (5 nights and 4 days). We had over 350  people  each night at the event (plus over 60 people like me that helped put the event on) and over 1,200 to 1,500 people watching on YouTube and Facebook each night. The days were designed for three sessions, one from 9 AM to Noon and one from 2 PM to 5 PM mostly for people like me because most people could not be there due to working or school. However, there were always some people who could make the morning and afternoon events.

The evening sessions started at 6:30 PM and went anywhere from 10:30 to Midnight.  Each night we had many people come forward to accept Christ as their Lord and Savior. The number of people kept growing each night so that by Sunday night more than doubt came forward to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

We always asked people to fill out a card so that local churches could contract them and invite them to church, depending on where they lived and their religious background. I remembered a Man, his son and his brother had intentions of going hunting on Sunday morning and they were probably a few hours away from St. Cloud but one thing lead to another and they arrived at the Revival center not fully understanding why, but all of their lives were changed on that Sunday and they never did go hunting.

I could tell you one story after another about people who came forward to receive Christ and/or to have a physical, mental, or spiritual  healing. I always asked everyone who I interacted with how they felt after receiving Christ and/or a healing and everyone always said the same thing, “I feel at Peace” (often for the first time ever).

Another woman, when I asked her what part of her body hurt, she said everywhere. I knew what she meant because my wife, Ruth Ellen, suffered from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. After Jesus healed her, I asked her how she felt and she said that she was without pain and she could not remember a time that she was not in pain.

Then on Thursday morning it was my turn. I had been praying for God to give me more of the Holy Spirit and what was the talk about that morning, receiving more of the Holy Spirit and I DID, WOW what a difference it has made in my life. The Revival was a total success because that part of MN, had riots earlier this year and many       businesses and lives were destroyed and many people were suffering and needed to be healed and/or receive Jesus in their lives and this event did that.

In a lot of cases, we will never know the total ripple effects of this event until we are in heaven. Here are some of the numbers that we could actually count, as there were many on the internet that also were saved, delivered, or healed:

Salvation: 80 people filled out decision cards for committing or recommitting their lives to Jesus!

Deliverance: Over 100 people went through the deliverance room including people being set free from suicidal thoughts, cutting, and more.

Healing: We had dozens of healing testimonies from scoliosis, to improvement after brain injuries, many shoulders healed, fingers straightened out as people watched, skin conditions cleared up, and many more. One couple even reconciled their marriage just before signing divorce papers!

The weather was great, in fact, a lot of people were giving me credit for bringing good weather from AZ because the skies were clear and the day time temperatures were 70 to 75 degrees. The event ended on Sunday night and Monday morning we woke to rain and it rained all day. Then on Tuesday, when I traveled back home the          temperature in the morning was in the 30’s. I told everyone that I could only       guarantee the days of the event.  Ha-ha.

I really want to thank everyone who prayed for me, Jim and Carole Smith and the event; we all felt your prayers and knew that God was guiding each of our steps. I could not believe the number of people who contributed funds for me to go to St. Cloud; it was a real blessing and one that really continues to shows the generosity of the people of Lakeview, THANK YOU one and all.

Just in case, you have not heard, I have signed up for the next mission trip to Brazil in August, 2021 with Jim and Carole Smith. I have to get busy learning Portuguese and updating my Passport, for some reason they are only good for 10 years.

Again thanks for all your prayers and support it has meant a lot to me.

Sincerely, Eli Reeves
