Luke 19:1-10

Not only are you always worthy of God’s grace, but he is faithful and anxious to heal you.

Zacchaeus was among the most hated group in first century Israel. Taking money from his own people and skimming off the top made him a rich but hated man. The Romans, though he collected their exorbitant taxes, hated him for the same reasons. Any man who would take from his own people had no morals. Yet, he was chosen by Jesus and commanded to let Jesus join him for dinner and that changed him completely.

God is inviting you from your hiding place whether it’s a tree or someplace in your heart and inviting himself into your home, your heart. Will you let him in?

“Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little.” Edmund Burke
