1 Timothy 2:1-8, Colossians 4:2-3

Prayer is for everyone. We should devote ourselves to praying about everything because this pleases God.

Throughout the Bible, and especially in the New Testament, we are giving instructions on prayer, guidance on when and how to pray, but we seem to struggle to truly pray except for occasional short prayers at meals, or those times we reserve especially for prayer and devotion. Simple visual aids and simple questions such as; Who/what do I see, hear, smell, can help to remind us to be in continual prayer through the day. We’ll use “prayer dots,” small, colorful, sticky dots to help us remember to be in prayer through the day.
