Haggai 1:5-6, 2:6-9
The church is called to be 3 dimensional; a high view of God and the Trinity, deep in love with Jesus and broad in reach to the world.
Many churches have a high view of God but fail to grow deep in faith ending up wit a superficial faith. Some churches put all their energy into social and community projects but miss the depth of faith that binds us and provides foundation in God. What we need to be is three-dimensional; deeply in love with God, intentional in worship and discipleship and then responding by being in the world to bring people to the saving grace of Jesus. This requires a deep working understanding of scripture, strong relationships within the body, and courage to be in the world.
