“To be a Christian means to forgive the inexcusable, because God has forgiven the inexcusable in you.” ~C.S. Lewis

Just wondering if you have missed out on Dial-A-Prayer recently? The phone number is 623-974-5839, and it is available 24/7. Daily the Scripture lesson and reflection upon it are different, and each week a new pastor or lay person provides food for thought planned toward providing support and encouragement at whatever hour day or night.

Coming up during my week of messaging in November, I want to share a week-long rendering of reflection on a small book of meditations written by Steve Goodier, one of my favorite sources of material for contemplation. Steve is the author of a number of inspirational and personal growth books. In the book I intend to use, The Tale of the Turtle, we can focus together on change and the spiritual, mental and physical growth that take place when a crisis occurs in our lives. We don’t often thing of a crisis as a time of maturing faith and dependence on God and fellow Christians. Steve leads us to discover that font of treasure for ourselves. Join me and others as we deliver a new message daily. Each one is a precious jewel that will make your days move more easily and grow richer in spirit! Call us any time day or night. We love to share with you all!
