Today’s Meditation;
O God, you are my God, I seek you, my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water. So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory. Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. ~Psalm 63:1‐3

Praying straight from the scriptures is a great way to focus our prayers and
be sure we are praying in God’s will. When we need help facing important
decisions it is best to start with the Word of God and prayer. When we
need wisdom to navigate life’s daily challenges, praying the scripture for
guidance and wisdom for a foundation.
When we pray scripture, we can quote them directly as they are written,
and speak of what is in our hearts. By adding our own words, prayer
becomes a personal request. It also helps to keep our minds from
wondering and keeps our focus on God.
